Third, the choice of bending slot, generally choose the slot thickness of 8 times the thickness of the plate. For bending 4mm sheets, you need to choose a notch of about 32.
Fourth, the rear material adjustment generally has electric quick adjustment and manual fine adjustment, the same method as the shearing machine.
5. Press the foot switch to start bending. The bending machine is different from the shearing machine. You can release it at any time. 6. Before starting, carefully check whether the motor, switch, circuit and grounding are normal and firm. Check the operating parts of the equipment and the button is in the correct position.
Check the overlap and firmness of the upper and lower molds; check that each positioning device meets the requirements for machining.
7. When the upper slide plate and each positioning axis are not in the state of the origin, the homing program is run.
8. After the equipment starts, it will run for 1-2 minutes, and the upper slide will move 2-3 times. If it is found that there is abnormal sound or there is a fault, it should stop immediately, and the fault will be eliminated.
IX. The work should be unified by one person, so that the operator can closely cooperate with the feeding and suppressing personnel to ensure that the matching personnel can issue the bending signal in a safe position.
10. When the sheet material is bent, it must be compacted to prevent the sheet from being warped and injured when bending.

14. It is strictly forbidden to press the sheet at one end separately.
15. When the workpiece or mold is found to be incorrect during operation, it should be stopped for calibration. It is strictly forbidden to correct by hand during operation to prevent injury.
16. It is forbidden to fold over-thick iron plates or quenched steel plates, alloy steels, square steels and sheets exceeding the performance of sheet bending machines to avoid damage to the machine.
17. Check the overlap of the upper and lower molds frequently; whether the indication of the pressure gauge meets the requirements.
18. Abnormal shutdown immediately, check the cause and eliminate it in time.
19. Before shutting down, place wooden blocks on the lower mold below the cylinders on both sides to lower the upper slide to the wooden block.
Twenty, first exit the control system program, then cut off the power.
