  The production process of the three-roller bending machine is as follows:

  First, when the benchmark first machining process is well-received, the positioning datum is always processed first, that is, the benchmark is first. Spindle machining is also always the first to secure the center hole of the milling face to prepare the positioning reference for the subsequent process.

  Second, the arrangement of deep hole processing: In order to make the center hole can be used in multiple processes, it is hoped that deep hole processing will be arranged later. However, the deep hole machining is rough machining, the margin is large, the heat is large, and the deformation is large, which makes the machining accuracy difficult to maintain, so it cannot be placed behind. Generally, the deep hole processing is arranged after the car is rented in the outer ring, so that a more accurate journal is used as a positioning reference for the center frame, so that the processed hole can easily ensure the uniform wall thickness of the main shaft.

  Third, the secondary surface processing of the coiling machine: the spline, keyway, thread and other secondary surface processing on the main shaft, usually arranged after the outer round fine car or rough grinding, before grinding the outer circle. If the keyway is milled before the finishing of the car, it is easy to generate vibration due to intermittent cutting during the finishing of the car, which not only affects the processing quality, but also easily damages the tool, and it is difficult to control the depth of the keyway. These processes cannot be placed after the main surface has been ground, otherwise the accuracy of the main surface has been destroyed.

  Fourth, the first outside and the inside and the first big and then small: first processing the outer circle, and then positioning the inner hole outside the circle. For example, the above-mentioned spindle taper hole is re-finished after the journal finish grinding; when the step outer ring is machined, the larger diameter is processed first, and the post-machining diameter is smaller, so as to avoid prematurely weakening the rigidity of the workpiece. When processing deep holes in the step, firstly process the larger diameter, and the smaller the diameter after processing. This makes it easy to use a computer tool with a relatively large hole machining tool.
