It is strictly forbidden to take the head when the steel plate is rolled, and overload is strictly prohibited. The personnel who operate the coiling machine must stand on both sides of the rolled steel plate. The coiling machine (the effective working surface of the upper roller) must not stand before and after the coiling machine. When rolling, the plate must not stand to prevent the steel plate from extending or falling. .
The rolled sheet size should not exceed the specifications specified in the equipment instruction manual and capacity chart. Do not arbitrarily adjust the pressure of the upper roller, the operator must pay attention to observe the various operating conditions.
All rolled sheets must be placed in the center of the roll for rolling. No slippage is allowed during the rolling process. During the coiling and pressing process, the operator must observe the operation of the sheet at all times. The sheet shall not be detached from the roll. When the length reaches the end, when the symmetrical roll is formed over the radius, the entry is not allowed in the opening direction.
When the overturning frame is overturned, it must be confirmed that the horizontal direction of the upper roller is in the neutral position, and it can be overturned when it is at a high point in the vertical direction, and the upper roller cannot be horizontally moved when the upper and lower rollers are in contact.
