  (1) The oil temperature is too high. The hydraulic oil works for a long time. Due to the high ambient temperature, the hydraulic pump of the parking temperature above Y is severely leaked, and the oil supply is insufficient, which affects the normal operation of the hydraulic cylinder. The countermeasure is to increase the amount of water supplied to the cooler. In this way, the oil temperature quickly drops to about 50 °C, in line with the work requirements.

  (2) The system supply pressure is insufficient. The normal working pressure of the system is 20 MPa, but it cannot be raised when the pressure reaches 15 MPa. When checking the hydraulic pump, the cylinder is working normally. When checking the electromagnetic spill valve, the solenoid valve core is worn out. When the pressure rises to 15 MPa, the leakage from the remote control port to the electromagnetic cabinet leaks, so that the system pressure can no longer be Raise. The treatment method is to replace the electromagnetic spill valve to make the system work normally.

  (3) The movement speed of the hydraulic cylinder is reduced. The speed drops during the opening and closing of the main valve, and the process requirements are not met. Check that the hydraulic cylinder is not damaged and the internal leakage meets the requirements. The hydraulic pump supplies oil normally. Check that the accumulator inflation pressure reaches the end, the auxiliary oil supply is insufficient, and the hydraulic cylinder working speed is not met. After processing, it works normally.
